why flat

You sell the app. We just wire it up.

A percentage-of-revenue cut would mean sitting between you and your customers — we refuse to. You stay the Merchant-of-Record through your own Paddle account, so the money (and the tax handling) is yours. Rustify charges a flat fee — once for the source, or monthly for the hosted control plane — for the tooling that turns your idea into a licensed, signed, sellable product.
